Your Performance, Our Priority

Bringing personalized, compassionate support to youth athletes

How we got started

Founded in 2025, Our team was born out of a shared passion among strength and conditioning professionals. Being composed of current and former University of British Columbia varsity athletics strength and conditioning coaches, we wanted to bring our knowledge to athletes it could benefit the most. We recognized that youth athletes need a holistic approach for safe, fun and effective training to support performance and prevent injury. We bring the right people, expertise and solutions to help our athletes succeed.

Building our Programs

In our first year we worked with over 70 athletes training with us each week for our January-May program. Feedback on our program was so positive that in our second year we expanded to over 140 athletes weekly, with male and female athletes spanning from U13 to U18. With continued demand, we have expanded to offering summer and fall programs, to allow for year-round enrollment for our athletes looking to stay sharp and continue their journey with us.
